Upgraded Financial System

Transitioned from QuickBooks to Edmunds for better transparency, accuracy, and sustainability in financial management.


Protected Against Non-Compliant Projects

Prevented zoning violations and harmful developments to preserve community integrity.

Cleaned Up Downtown:

Hired a professional planner, launched a Comprehensive Plan with resident input for sustainable growth.


Revitalized Downtown

Addressed maintenance issues, improved cleanliness, and enhanced public spaces to boost community pride.

Cherry Blossom Tree Donation Program

Planted donated trees along Ahern Blvd., creating a scenic and vibrant area.

Veteran's Banner Program

Honored local veterans with banners displayed downtown, fostering gratitude and community pride.

Launched Online Complaint System

Improved communication and accountability with a system for residents to submit concerns and track responses.


Upgraded Water & Sewer System

 Fixed inefficiencies, improved billing accuracy, and installed new water meters for better service and fairness. 


Created a Real Budget

Corrected inherited financial mismanagement, ensuring accurate projections and accountability.

Completed Major Road Paving

Finished three significant road projects at no cost to residents.

Enhanced Recreational Spaces

Led projects like Trees for Tribes at Sewell Park, improving public spaces without financial burden on residents.


 Boosted Tourism & Events

Partnered with the new Events Committee to attract visitors and support local businesses.
